These terms of use (hereafter the "Terms") govern the access to and the use of Serveur partagé (hereafter "the service"), run by Stéphane KRAUS. By using the service, the user accepts these Terms.
The service lets licensed archers register online for competitions and look at the calendar and their documents, and lets organisers manage their competitions.
Signing in uses the user's federation credentials (licensee space or officers' space of the federation). The service never keeps your password: it is only used for the time of authenticating you with the federation, then forgotten. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the actions carried out from their account.
The user undertakes to use the service for its intended purpose, in line with the applicable sports rules and the regulations in force, and not to disturb its operation (attempts at unauthorised access, injection, overload, etc.).
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The operator strives to keep it working properly but guarantees neither the absence of interruption nor the absence of errors. The operator may suspend or change the service at any time.
The operator cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the service or from the impossibility of using it, nor for the data entered by the users or the organisers. Sports results are authoritative according to the rules of the federation, not according to what the service merely displays.
These Terms may be changed. The version in force is the one published on the service; the user may be asked to accept them again.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts, failing an amicable settlement.
Liability. This service is run by Stéphane KRAUS. The software that makes it work (ianseo and the online registration module) is provided "as is", without warranty. Only the operator of the server is responsible for how it is set up, for its content, for the security and for the processing of data carried out on this server; the authors of the software used cannot be held liable for the use made of it here.
